JUNIOR GROUP, SQUAD & HOTSHOT PROGRAMS
To enrol in Junior Group, Squad, or Hotshot programs, you must register your child and full payment is required before the first class begins. Enrolment is secured once the student is listed on the class roll.
Enrollment in our programs constitutes the purchase of a term of packaged lessons.
1. Packaged Term fees are calculated based on the weekly class fee multiplied by the term length in weeks, Fees are calculated once the students name is booked and enrolled into a class on our system.
2. A late payment incurs a $20 administrative fee.
3. Full payment of term fees is required, regardless of public holidays, as the cost covers the complete set of packaged lessons.
4. Make-Up Vouchers – Group Lessons
Make-up vouchers may be issued for group lessons missed due to public holidays, illness, or weather cancellations. Make-up vouchers are valid for 100 days from the date of the missed class.
Make-up vouchers may only be redeemed while the student is actively enrolled and term fees have been paid in full for the term in which the make-up lesson is being used.
Make-up vouchers from a previous term may only be used if the student is booked into and paid in full for the current term.
For example, if a student is booked in and paid in full for 10 group lessons in the current term and has 2 approved make- up vouchers from a previous term, those 2 make-up lessons may be added to the current term, giving the student a total of 12 lessons.
Students may accrue a maximum of 5 make-up vouchers per term. Any make-up vouchers above this limit are not redeemable.
Make-up vouchers are not transferable and cannot be used for credits, refunds, or cash.
5. Weather Policy – If lessons are OFF in our Real Time Status App, your scheduled lesson is eligible for a make-up class. If lessons are ON and you do not attend, the lesson is forfeited and no make-up class applies.
6. A doctor’s certificate is required for a make-up voucher due to sickness.
7. No refunds after the second lesson, but you can transfer the remaining lessons to another person.
8. Government Active Kids Vouchers are accepted.
Note: Enrolment does not auto-renew; you must confirm each term – Trial group lessons are for first-time attendees only.
Private/Semi Classes
To enrol in Private or Semi-Private classes, you must register your name and full payment is required before the first class begins. Enrolment is secured once the students name is listed on the class roll. – Fees are calculated once the students name is booked and enrolled into a class on our system.

Fees must be paid in full before the first lesson starts.
A $20 administration fee applies for payments made after the term’s first lesson.
Fees are structured around the NSW school term, with rates for 1-hour and 30-minute classes.
Full payment of term fees is required, regardless of public holidays, as the cost covers the complete set of packaged lessons.
Packages available:
Single Lesson: Pay as you go.
Full Term (10 Lessons): Special rate for the entire term’s commitment.
2.Cancellation Policy
Advance payment required for private lessons.
Cancellations must be made with more than 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the lesson fee.
3.Make-Up Lessons – Private Lessons
Private lesson make-up lessons must be redeemed before the start of the following term.
Make-up lessons from a previous term may only be used if the student is booked in and has paid in full for the current term’s private lesson package.
For example, if a student has paid for 10 private lessons in the current term and has 2 approved make-up lessons from the previous term, those 2 make-up lessons may be added to the current term, giving a total of 12 lessons.
Private lesson make-up lessons cannot be used as credits, refunds, or cash.
Make-up lessons for missed private lessons may be taken during the school holidays before the next term, subject to availability.
A medical certificate is required for illness-related absences to be eligible for a make-up lesson.
4.Refunds and Transfers
No refunds for advance payments.
Lessons are transferable between individuals.
